We are looking for new members to join us. Since the club started in 1977 it has given members the opportunity to talk and to try commercial and home produced wines - it's more than just appreciation of good [and some bad!] wines, it's a great social event, bringing together all types and ages of people.
Meeting eleven times a year in the Christ Church Hall, South Nutfield on the first Tuesday of the month at 8pm, we organise events like wine tasting - naturally - vineyards trips, skittles and our Summer & Christmas parties.
So if this sounds good to you, here comes the best part! Annual subscription of £5, with a monthly sub of £2 or £4 for a special event - trips out may require additional costs.
We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on 2nd October!
The club was founded in 1977 and meets once a month (except August), usually with a guest speaker or wine expert. Please use the following pages, to enjoy this great club, including many special events and tasting. Everyone is welcome, so just check out the Events page for the next meeting and venue.

September 2012 meeting
Our September event was a convivial "Beer, Bangers and Mash" supper, attended by 20 members and friends. A big thank you to Maureen and Chris Hoskins for organising such an excellent meal, thoughtfully enhanced by beans, onions and a fine selection of chutneys and sauces. All washed down with a great selection of beers and some ciders.
An appropriately foodie quiz was followed by a general knowledge quiz, giving nearly everyone a chance to win.

At October's meeting, on Tuesday 2nd, 8.00 p.m. at the Christchurch Centre, we shall be tasting New Zealand wines, under the guidance of our local New Zealander, Francis Dickinson.
