The details for the Carol Concert have not yet been issued so I will keep you informed.
The RHS Flower Show and the Boat Trip and have thought that maybe we could merge them together. I am suggesting that we take Graham’s coach to Hampton Court on either the 2nd or 3rd of July, spending the day at the Flower Show and returning by boat to Kew where Graham will pick us up.
The cost would be:
RHS tickets £25.20 each with a group discount (10+ people). The coach £10.00.
Boat trip for seniors £8.00. (approximately 1.15mins duration) which is a total of £43.20. Unfortunately if you are not over 65 the boat trip will be slightly more.
There are only 16 places on the coach so it will have to be first come first served on the coach otherwise we would have to try and make additional arrangements for travel to Hampton Court. There are plenty of spaces on the boat.
I will need to have the numbers fairly quickly as the tickets for the Flower Show are selling very fast.
There are places to eat at RHS or you can take your own food. We will find out if there is any food/drink on the boat and arrange nearer the date the time of the boat going back to Kew.
I would also mention there was interest in the Theatre and I will let you have details on any deals I can get at the next meeting. If you ticked the Thames Boat trip and felt you would like to go from Westminster Bridge to Greenwich having tea of board then we can look at arranging that at a later date.
